Academy City
Built on the Tarantula map of the Rambling Badlands region (public, non-sandbox). The city's gets its utilities from Hawk's View, next door, and its ample funding from my Omegacow city in Iguana Flats (Omegacow city based on the 'Ultimate Cash Cow' template by Skye Storme).
In order to keep regional through traffic off my streets & with inspiration from Skye's insanity system, I put a double decker avenue through the heart of downtown. 
Elevated terrain behind the downtown area provided an opportunity for some fun screenshots of the skyline against a low density neighborhood.
